Yesterday, Monday, the head of Al Nasr Coalition, Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, received in his office the Chargé d'Affaires of the British Embassy in Baghdad, Ms. Rosy Cave, and her accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed enhancing cooperation between the two countries in various fields and reviewing the political, economic, and security situation in Iraq, in addition to the events taking place in the region and the aggression of the Zionist entity against Gaza.

Dr. Al-Abadi affirmed his position in support of the government by protecting diplomatic missions in Iraq and condemning and criminalizing attacks on them. Iraq needs international openness and a stable environment that contributes to the entry of investment into it and its reconstruction in a way that achieves the interests of our people with balanced and sovereign relations with the world.
