Today, Thursday, the head of Al Nasr Coalition, Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, received in his office the British Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Stephen Hitchen.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of the latest political, security, and economic developments and the government’s reform visions in various fields, which contribute to serving citizens.

Regarding what has been happening recently in Gaza, the need to work to stop Zionist attacks against innocent civilians and deliver humanitarian aid to them was stressed.

In turn, the British Ambassador stated that the United Kingdom has confidence in Dr. Al-Abadi’s efforts to establish stability within the political process and preserve the gains of settlement the country is witnessing.
