Yesterday, Sunday, the head of Al Nasr Coalition, Dr. Haider al-Abadi, met the head of the National Hikma Movement, His Eminence Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of the political scene developments in Iraq and the upcoming events, and providing the appropriate atmosphere for conducting the provincial council elections and keeping them within their service framework, and for the competition to be based on service and development programs that take into account the urgent needs of the provinces.

Dr. Al-Abadi and Mr. Al-Hakim renewed their support for Mr. Al-Sudani's government in implementing its service program and advancing its reform program to serve citizens.

While emphasis was placed on perpetuating the current stability and turning it into a permanent one, and working on coordinating positions among all to ensure a healthy work environment.
