Today, Monday, Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received separately, in his office, the Japanese and Egyptian Ambassadors to Iraq.

Dr. Al-Abadi discussed with the Japanese Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Suzuki Kotaro, strengthening the bilateral cooperation between Baghdad and Tokyo in various fields, the developments of the situation in Iraq and the region, as well as the importance of opening Japanese companies to Iraq.

Dr. Al-Abadi also exchanged with the Egyptian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Walid Muhammad Ismail, views on the situation in the region and the role of Iraq and Egypt in calming, and working to develop healthy conditions that serve the peoples of the region.

Dr. Al-Abadi stressed the need for Arab and international openness to Iraq and cooperation in all fields and sectors.
