Dr. Haider al-Abadi, head of Al Nasr Coalition, received in his office today, Sunday, the Coalition's candidates from the governorates of Al-Muthanna, Wasit, and Al-Qadisiyah.

Dr. Al-Abadi discussed with the candidates their ideas and actions in their electoral campaigns, pointing to the importance of working on public education and raising awareness about the role of every individual in the democratic system, noting that the people of the governorates of Al-Muthanna, Wasit, and Al-Qadisiyah did a lot for Iraq.

Dr. Al-Abadi said: "Al Nasr Coalition is a project to save the state from the economic and security dismantling and other things that are classified under corruption, waste of public money, and loss of state prestige:.

He also stressed that the country is going through great challenges and that the upcoming early elections is crucial to put things in its place, with the importance of holding it on its scheduled date on October 10 of this year.

He added: "Iraq has the financial and human capabilities to return again, and this is what must be worked on during the coming period. It is important that we work hard at all levels to provide services to our people according to well-thought-out plans and strategies".

The candidates emphasized the reality’s need today for statesmen like the leadership of Dr. Al-Abadi in 2014-2018, when he thwarted corruption files and revitalized the economy and the private sector despite the empty budget, the collapse of oil prices and war budget.
