Dr. Haider al-Abadi, head of Al Nasr Coalition, received in his office today, Sunday, a delegation from the Abbasi Holy Shrine.

The delegation presented the "Encyclopedia of the Fatwa of Efficient Defense" to Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, who praised the efforts of those who wrote it.

Al-Abadi pointed out that Iraq went through a very difficult time when the terrorist gangs of ISIS occupied part of its territory, but the blessed fatwa of His Eminence Mr. Ali al-Sistani motivated the determination to achieve the great victory that the world described as a miracle.

Dr. Al-Abadi stressed the importance of preserving the victory that was achieved with the blood and sacrifices of the Iraqis and not to waste it, as we created coordination between our heroic Forces, so the prestige of these Forces was restored, the land was controlled, and the continuous scanning operations were carried out that led to the elimination of the terrorist gangs, and we achieved an Iraqi victory story with distinction that will immortalized in history.
