Al Nasr declares its support for the Audit order to organize the Popular Mobilization Foundation

Al Nasr Coalition declares its support for the Audit Order 237 regarding organizing the Popular Mobilization Foundation, and confirms its support for any path that enhances the strength and sovereignty of the state.

Al Nasr Coalition declares to public opinion, that the government of Abadi, through a specialized committee headed by him, had issued a regulation on July 3, 2018, by Audit Order 57, which legally regulated and adapted the controls of the Popular Mobilization Authority within the state structure and its concerned institutions, including ensuring the rights of heroic fighters and caring for the martyrs and the wounded. The implementation of this (system) has already begun during the previous government period and the separation of political parties from the Mobilization system, and it would have been better to continue implementing this (system) which has the force of law, and not neglecting it and to start working again, as the state’s work is cumulative and not zero.

Al Nasr Coalition, while supporting the action of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, calls at the same time to issue orders and instructions to organize the Peshmerga Foundation and all military and paramilitary presence in the country.

The unity and stability of the state requires the unity of its power and forces, the unity of its authorities and institutions. Excluding any force outside the framework of government regulation, control and direction will entrench the fragmentation of the state, the division of its powers, and the loss of its prestige and sovereignty.

Al Nasr Coalition: The liberation of Mosul is an Iraqi victory that is not for sale

Al Nasr Coalition confirms that the tenth of July 2017, the day of liberating Mosul, was the day of Iraq's victory over ISIS, terrorism, sectarianism and darkness. This victory was due to the sacrifices and will of the Iraqis of all their sects and nationalities, and it is the day of the victory of unity, dignity and sovereignty.

Al Nasr Coalition believes that the battle with ISIS was a global battle that was intended to destroy Iraq, and that the depth of the battle represented an effective management of a war of agendas and military, political, economic, and security intelligence scenarios aimed at destroying the state, and Iraq won the bet of liberating the state, the unity of its people and its sovereign status.

Al Nasr Coalition, while greeting the victory makers from the religious and governmental symbols and all the types of heroic fighters, calls at the same time to be proud of victory as an asset for a nation that has been unable to defeat, and that Iraqi victory is not for sale, nor will it be. The consolidation of victory and the preservation of its gains can be achieved through national unity, good governance, the completion of urban reconstruction, the return of the displaced, and the achievement of security and coexistence in our liberated cities.

Today, the government, state institutions and political forces are required to build on victory against the options of terrorism, fragmentation, quotas, and chaos. The state and the people are trust in the hands of officials, and on them responsibility sets.

The Anniversary statement of liberating Mosul

Glorified Iraqi people:

Today is the tenth of July, the anniversary of the Great Victory Day, the liberation of Mosul, from the enemies of God, humanity and peace, ISIS.

As we greet the heroism of this people and the sacrifices of its heroic fighters, we affirm on this occasion that:

1-The liberation battles that we waged against terrorism were existential battles for the nation and the state, and we have won the battle to restore the state and the unity of the people from the mouth of terrorism and dispossession, and we have aborted the option of overthrowing Iraq.

2-The liberation battles were not only gun battles, but in depth they were wars of effective management of the state with its economy, intelligence and international regional policies balances, and we have proven the ability of the Iraqi administration and will to win comprehensive and complex wars.

3-The victory over ISIS has dropped the option of terror and brutality from preying on the region and the world, and the region and the world must raise the hat for Iraq, its people and its fighters, and pay the debt to it.

4-The victory over terrorism was Iraqi, and it is disheartening to sell victory to a foreigner, whoever it is. We supported the world and we are thankful, but we affirmed and affirm that the blood and victory were Iraqi with distinction, and that the world's support for us was in defense of their countries and their interests to collapse at the hands of terrorism.

5-With our victory over terrorism, we emerged with a unified state, a cohesive people, a better economy, and a recovering sovereignty, and we gained the world's confidence in us as a state and a political administration capable of winning major bets despite the enormous difficulties and obstacles.

Dear people: The achievements that were achieved yesterday with your will and sacrifices must not be retreated. We have dropped the options of terrorism, sectarianism, fragmentation and chaos, and today we must apply the same procedure of administration and will in dealing with the state and its files to ensure the accumulation of achievements and the integrity of the state.

We must not allow terrorism to be resettled again, just as we must stand together for reconstruction, the return of the displaced, the reconstruction of cities, the promotion of coexistence and the achievement of justice, and we must unite and stand against sectarianism, the chaos of arms, the breakdown of groups and the dependence of the will on the foreigner.

Winning the state’s bet, its unity, sovereignty and its well-being depends on national unity, effective governance and the efficient administration of the state, quotas, sectarianism, chaos and dependence on the will of a foreigner is the shortest way to the failure of the state, and our success lies in winning the battle of the free and strong unified state.

Greetings to Iraq that is unable to defeat, greetings to its proud and steadfast people, and congratulations to Mosul and its people on the anniversary of the liberation of their city.
