A statement on the occasion of the third anniversary of Mosul liberation

This day, we recall 3 years since the liberation of the dear city of Mosul, after the terrorist gangs of ISIS occupied it, destroyed it, ruined it, killed and displaced its citizens.
The announcement of victory in Mosul was seen by the world as a miracle, under the great difficulties that Iraq was going through then, and the world’s view of a country as they believed that it had ended and divided, but it returned strongly.
We won with our heroes' endeavor and blood, which shed from the army, the police, the anti-terrorism, the popular mobilization, the peshmerga, and the fatwa of the religious supreme authority of Mr. Ali al-Sistani. We do not forget everyone who provided support and assistance from countries.
The story of the victory over the terrorist gangs of ISIS was the story of an Iraqi victory that we should be proud of. From a country whose cities were occupied and living a financial crisis, a morale collapse, corruption, and compelling circumstances to a victorious country, the world is proud of.
On this dear occasion to the hearts of the Iraqis and the people of Mosul, everyone is called to join hands, unite efforts, and overcome differences to cross the country the challenges it is going through. The Iraqi people who have borne and made sacrifices deserve more from us.
Greeting to the people of Mosul who were patient and who provided our forces with information to get rid of the terrorist gangs, to our heroic fighters from all the provinces who left their families for the sake of defending Iraq, to the clans, the social activities, and the media who supported our heroes, it was an Iraqi epic and a beautiful painting that history will remember with letters of light.
Greeting of honor to the heroic martyrs and the wounded who, with their blood, liberated Iraq, and we ask God to support our people and our country.

Al Nasr Coalition: It's necessary to protect the right to peaceful protest

"Al Nasr Coalition" stresses the need to respect the right to peaceful protest and the freedom of protestors to express their demands and listen to them, and to prevent collision between demonstrators and security forces.
While "Al Nasr Coalition" stresses the need to achieve social justice, implement reforms, and maintain law and system, it also demands that the "government" must be comprehensive and indiscriminate in justice, and that the reforms must be serious and not subject to double standards or media propaganda, away from the balance of interests for the powers that benefit from the authority.
"Al Nasr Coalition" draws the government attention to the need to take care of the implementation of the "transitional phase" tasks, which is the legal basis for its emergence.

"Al Nasr Coalition" stresses that the sovereignty of the state is indivisible, and that the federal authorities should exercise their constitutional powers over all state areas, to preserve its unity and sovereignty from chaos, rebellion, and looting.

Al Nasr Coalition: The Turkish violation is a dangerous precedent, and we call for a firm stance

"Al Nasr Coalition" condemns with the strongest terms the sovereign crime that Turkey has done against Iraq, which led to the martyrdom of a group of border guard officers from our armed forces, and sees that the Turkish violation as a dangerous precedent and a categorical departure from international norms and laws, and an intransigence against Iraq that cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Al Nasr calls on the Iraqi government to exercise its responsibilities by submitting a complaint to the Security Council and studying all means to respond to this blatant attack.

While the "Al Nasr Coalition" calls on the Turkish government to adhere to the policy of good neighborliness and to establish firm and equal relations with Iraq, it rejects and condemns this aggression and blames Turkey all the consequences of its wrong policies towards Iraq. "Al Nasr Coalition" calls on all political forces and popular actors to show solidarity and unite efforts to defend the dignity and sovereignty of the state, and warns political parties against double play and political collusion that passes regional agendas at the expense of Iraqi interests and sovereignty.

Al Nasr Coalition: Al Marjiya statement is a basis for achieving reform

Al Nasr Coalition affirms its commitment and welcome to what was stated in the statement of the religious authority represented by His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, after meeting the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mrs. Jeanine Plasschaert, and considers it a "road map and a solid basis for achieving the desired reform".

We point out that the roadmap drawn up by Al Marjiya is represented by four important points, the first is holding fair elections on time, the second is to confine weapons in the hand of the state, the third is to preserve the sovereignty of the country, and the fourth is to punish those involved with the blood of protesters and security forces and bring them to justice.

Al Nasr Coalition considers what was stated in the statement a realistic approach that matches the visions and the approach of Al Nasr in running the state, and the government must adhere to it altogether, and the political blocs have great tasks and responsibility, so they must strive to implement it if they want good and righteousness for the country and its people.

Al Nasr Coalition: We condemn in the strongest terms the undermining of the supreme religious authority

"Al Nasr Coalition" condemns in the strongest terms the undermining of the position of the supreme religious authority in Najaf by any party, and considers it insulting against Iraq, its people, and the integrity of its regime.

Al Nasr Coalition affirms that the authority of Grand Ayatollah Sayed Ali al-Sistani (may God bless him) was, is, and will remain the national reference that sponsors the interests of the Iraqi state, and all the initiatives it launched and affirmed in terms of commandments are in the interest of Iraq and the safety of its present and future.
