Dr. Haider Al-Abadi welcomed in his tweet today the step of calm and non-escalation by some Iraqi parties and called on everyone to work seriously and honestly to rearrange the Iraqi house based on ending the status of state and non-state.

Al-Abadi affirmed his previous call to ensure Iraq's military and security neutrality in regional and international conflicts, with national commitment to the nation's issues, to protect Iraq, its people, and its forces from any foreign aggression, to preserve Iraq's obligations as a state, and to reorganize its international relations according to common interests.

On the other hand, Al-Abadi called on everyone to align with the line of the state, its institutions, policies, and commitments, and to make Iraq's privacy, identity, interests, and sovereignty the center.

Pointing out the necessity of adopting a unified vision, policy, and position makes the goal a strong, unified Iraqi state that serves its citizens and their interests and is the master of decision-making, politics, and sovereignty.
