Al Nasr Coalition: Pompeo did not visit Al-Abadi in Baghdad, and his allegations are unfounded
"Al Nasr Coalition" categorically denies what was attributed to former US Secretary of State "Mike Pompeo" of insulting Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, and considers it part of the US's internal partisan conflict. In the words of Carolina Governor Nikki Haley: Pompeo's memoirs are "lies and gossip".
Pompeo's allegations, which he conveyed on the lips of Dr. Haider al-Abadi, are pure fabrications.
Below is a history review that proves Pompeo’s claim false. The P5+1 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran was adopted on October 18, 2015. As a result, the UN sanctions on Iran were lifted on January 16, 2016.
On May 8, 2018, US President Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal. The United States reinstated the sanctions in November 2018, and expanded them in 2019 and 2020 to include the Iranian financial sector, and what Pompeo touched on did not exist in the first place in 2017, as there were no sanctions in the financial aspect of supplying electricity from Iran, and the sanctions were not imposed again until the end of 2018, so how did Pompeo request that when the sanctions were not even there!! In addition, Pompeo did not visit Iraq in 2017, but rather visited Iraq at the beginning of 2019.
Accordingly, what Pompeo mentioned is contrary to the facts and the course of events, and it is sheer lies that are offensive to American officials before they are offensive to Iraqi officials. And his claim that Soleimani threatened the highest authority in Iraq is a justification for the assassination, which represents an assault on Iraqi sovereignty. We challenge any American institution to officially document these allegations, bearing in mind that all meetings are archived.
The years of governance 2014-2018 proved that they were was not subject to regional and international axes, and were able to employ contradictions in favor of Iraq by managing war and peace. And that whoever fears does not lead a country and win, and we have won with the people's determination and the wisdom of management and leadership in our battles against terrorism, division, bankruptcy and dependency.
At a time when we deny what was attributed to "Pompeo" against the Prime Minister of Iraq, Al-Abadi, we condemn in the strongest terms this national insult to Iraq, and we find no explanation for it.

The spokesman for Al Nasr Coalition: The new Hollywood star, who is aspiring to run for the presidency, wasn't helped with lying to market his heroism
The spokesman for Al Nasr Coalition, Ahmed Al-Wandi, confirmed that the former US Secretary of State, "Mike Pompeo, wasn't helped with lying as he recounted his heroism in his newly released memoirs.
He said: "We do not care about what his friends describe before his opponents, on deliberating lies to pass his agenda and his ambition to run for the 2024 elections, and portraying his personality as the hero in important global events during the Trump administration of America. However, what concerns us is what Pompeo mentioned about an alleged meeting that never took place with Dr. Al-Abadi, and because we see in this statement a deliberate lie and an insult to the dignity of the Iraqi state and its government at the time.
Pompeo says in his memoirs that he visited Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in 2017 and warned him of US sanctions if Iraq continued to import electricity from Iran, and asked him: "If the United States offered financial support, would Iraq stop importing electricity from Iran?". It is reported that Al-Abadi looked at him directly and said: "Mr. Director, when you leave, Qasem Soleimani will come to see me, you can take my money, he will take my life".
Al-Wandi indicated that what Pompeo claimed was an absolute lie, as Pompeo did not visit Iraq in 2017, but in 2019, and basically there were no sanctions against Iran in 2017 to ask Al-Abadi to stop importing electricity from Iran .The US sanctions against Iran began in late 2018, so how can he ask for something that did not exist!!
Al-Wandi said: "We ask Mr. Pompeo to prove what he officially mentioned, through the schedule of visits and the archive of conversations, and if he did not do it (and he will not do it as it is pure slander), let him accept the accusation of lying and the cheap marketing of his championships.
What Pompeo mentioned, and in this degrading language, affects our national dignity and the achievements and leadership of our country, which courageously and wisely managed a major global battle on its soil during 2014-2018 and emerged victorious, unified and strong socially, economically and sovereignly.

Al Nasr Coalition: There is a cheap campaign against Al-Abadi whose sides and motives are known
"Al Nasr Coalition" regrets the cheap media campaign targeting Dr. Haider al-Abadi, and considers it a moral and political inferiority, and it's known in terms of the political parties and motives.
What has been published about the issue of appointing a member of Al Nasr is false and fabricated by well-known electronic armies.
And we make it clear to the honorable public opinion that the job description of the intended member of Al Nasr is “a contract employee, as a consultant within the service team at the Prime Minister’s Office,” and not “an adviser to the Prime Minister,” and the difference is clear between the two positions. He does not have a Ph.D., but a pharmacy degree from a well-known Jordanian university. It is a shame to forge publications linking him to the Saddamist, tyrannical Ba'ath regime, as he was no more than eight years old when the Ba'ath regime collapsed. And that the real target behind this campaign is the person of Mr. Al-Abadi.
Everyone knows that Al-Abadi, during his tenure as prime minister, did not corrupt, and did not appoint relatives, sons, or in-laws, and left the government with a white hand, as the enemy and friend testify to him in that. Nor did he ask for positions in the governments that were formed after him, and he abstained in the positions that that others are fighting for, who are now leading the campaign against him, and they and their followers have completely divided the positions of the state, until the state has become a political, financial, partisan and family districts for them.

Al Nasr Coalition: Al-Hakim is a patriotic figure who exhausted its existence in defense of Iraq
We remember with pain and reverence the memory of the passing away of the great Mujahid, the late Mr. Abdul Aziz Al-Hakim.
With the departure of Mr. al-Hakim, Iraq lost a national figure that annihilated its existence in defense of Iraq against tyranny, and contributed wholeheartedly to building a national system that would achieve the people's originality, preserve their values, and fulfill their aspirations.
The biography and journey of Mr. Al-Hakim combined knowledge and action, vision and steadfastness, jihad and sincerity, and he was ahead of his time and advanced in his leadership.

We knew the deceased as an example of knowledge, sacrifice, jihad, and hard work for the sake of liberating the people of Iraq from tyranny.
I ask God Almighty the mercy and satisfaction for the deceased, and you have patience and solace.
