Dr. Al-Abadi receives the candidates of Al Nasr Coalition for the governorates of Basrah and Maysan and stresses the importance of broad participation in the elections and the people’s confidence in it

Dr. Haider al-Abadi, the head of Al Nasr Coalition, received today, Saturday, the Coalition's candidates for the provinces of Basrah and Maysan.

Dr. Al-Abadi talked about the importance of exerting efforts, hard working, and appropriate preparation to encourage citizens to participate in the elections, saying: "The largest number of people casting their votes in the elections means their confidence in the political process, and this is the gain that all politicians should think about. What is unfortunate is the fallacy practiced by some on others, which will eventually make everyone fall".

Dr. Al-Abadi also mentioned that corruption is the first reason for the collapse of the state with all its entirety, such as the collapse of the Iraqi Forces in June 2014 in the city of Mosul, and the control of terrorism over weapons that cost the state a lot, and this is something that could have been avoided if the fighter had not collapsed psychologically because of corruption in his institution. This collapse must not be repeated.

He added that Al Nasr project is a moderate project whose mission is to defend the rights and interests of all.

Dr. Al-Abadi listened to the candidates and their activities at this stage and the nature of work in their electoral districts, and discussed with them the challenges they face.

While Al Nasr's candidates conveyed the national perception of the masses of their regions about the leadership of Al Nasr Coalition in 2014-2018, the most important of which is the victory over ISIS and the management of the stifling financial crisis without changing the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar or increasing prices.
