Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received in his office the British Ambassador in Baghdad, Mr. Stephen Hickey.

During the meeting, they discussed the situation in Iraq, in the region, its economic and financial impacts on countries, and the importance of recovering from them because of their negative effects on most countries' economies, including Iraq.

Britain’s contribution to the reconstruction of Iraq, which had been subjected to a terrorist attack that threatened its existence and the world, but it won and liberated its cities that need reconstruction with the rest of Iraq, was also discussed.
