Dr. Haider al-Abadi, head of Al Nasr Coalition, received in his office today, Thursday, the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mr. Bafel Talabani, and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of the latest developments in the political process, the ongoing discussions on forming the next government, the many challenges facing the country, and finding effective solutions to overcome them.

Dr. Al-Abadi reiterated the positions he announced in the recent initiative of the National State Forces Alliance and to draw a clear road map for the next stage.

Al-Abadi also stressed the importance of Kurdish understanding in a way that enhances stability in the political process.
