A political delegation from the leaders of Al Nasr Coalition visited the headquarters of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of its founding, today, Thursday.

The delegation was received by the Head of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Union, Mrs. Ala Talabani. The delegation carried a congratulatory message from Dr. Haider Al-Abadi that was delivered to her.

The two sides discussed the overall political situation in the country and the governmental and parliamentary preparations for the early elections scheduled for next October. The two sides stressed the need to resort to the bonds of cooperation and joint solidarity and the need for all national parties to participate in the decision-making process.

While Mrs. Ala Talabani expressed her happiness with the delegation's visit, recalling the national attitudes that characterized the period of Dr. Al-Abadi, and that the next phase should be a continuation of the approach of balance and national participation in institutional building for all joints of the state.
